Online Orders

We hold limited stock of all our products including our small to standard sized rugs. All wall art, cushions and rugs are otherwise made to order. Please do not forget to indicate whether your order is a gift.

Custom Orders

Please contact us via email for bespoke orders regarding colours, patterns and sizes. Send your email to otandohome@outlook.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours. There will be an additional cost for all custom orders, contact us for more information.

Order Confirmation & Status

You will receive an order confirmation number once your order has been processed; to check the status of your order click the link in the email to check the status of your order.

Cancellations

Items in stock – Please cancel within 2 working days

Items not in stock – Please cancel within 3 days

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide

Delivery Time

Once payment is made for an item in stock, we will ship out your order within 5 working days, all orders are trackable. Please allow another 3 days for standard delivery. Please contact us for express delivery details.

Cushions not in stock take 3 – 4 weeks to deliver once payment is received.

Wall Art not in stock will take 3 – 5 weeks to deliver once payment is received.

Rugs not in stock will take 8 – 12 weeks to deliver once payment is received.

Bespoke orders require the most time; the level of detail in the request, size and time of the year will be factors that determine the time required. Please allow up to 20 weeks for custom bespoke orders, contact us for an accurate estimate.

Delivery Method

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you, we will confirm the address before arranging for delivery. We aim to please and therefore offer various delivery options.

Delivery Failure

We reserve the right to cancel your order if our delivery partner has been unable to deliver your order after 3 attempts. A refund will be issued less the delivery charges incurred.
